Real original title huh? Oh well. My creative gene is being suppressed right now by my headache and fatigue genes. Just a brief note - rode at the Cove this morning with Laura aka Michigan. I enjoyed the ride. I think Laura was just getting warmed up (she rode 60 miles or so on the road Saturday and just completed 70+ miles in a mountain bike race a week ago). =) Enjoyed the company today - it's always more fun to ride when you have someone else to talk to.

Route: Four Gorges --> down 1000' --> Comet (lower) --> up Tuckaway --> Fireroad --> Comet --> Enchanted Forest --> Little Bell --> Schoolhouse --> Fireroad --> Arrowhead --> Fireroad --> Songbird --> BS Road

Comments: the upper part of Comet sucks - it's a lot rougher than I remember. I ended up walking down a lot of it. After the sharp left it gets much better. The mudhole has now been filled in with logs (freaked me out, so I wound up walking across it). I'll probably be avoiding Comet for a while. It's just not any fun - too rough, too many bad ruts. On Arrowhead, I rode all three of the smaller crossings. =)
