"Climbing pace" - Hard setting @ 60rpm (?) on/off, sit/stand for several minutes then whatever I felt like.
Worked out to be 21 miles. 45 minutes.
Got off stretched, debated doing some other stuff. Decided to go home instead.
Now I'm going outside to jump in a mud puddle. Just because I can. HA!
