While Ritchey is away...

Well I had hoped to ride my SS today. I awoke with the same sore throat that had started Friday afternoon. Today it was accompanied with absolutely no energy. I've felt sluggish all day and feel like everything I've tried to do is a major effort. I'm sleepy, in fact fell asleep in the desk chair a while ago while watching the strangest Olympic events - trampoline, table tennis and the steeplechase to name just three. Now the sore throat is easing, but I'm still very fatigued. I'll probably just go lay around on the couch for the rest of the night. Hopefully tomorrow, I can get to the gym and go ride my road bike some. I'm on call, so everything will be low key. Hopefully, Ritchey's having a better day than me. =(
